Bemidji Go 100 participants have reached their goal of walking 100,000 miles with three weeks left before their 100 day deadline.

Bemidji Go 100 participants have reached their goal of walking 100,000 miles with three weeks left before their 100 day deadline. On Tuesday, September 16, the group achieved the community wide goal and as a result, the next three walks are going to be celebration walks that show the pride of this dedicated group of community walkers. On Tuesday, October 7, the closing ceremony for the 100 day event will culminate at the Pumpkin Patch at 47517 229th Ave. in Bemidji. The night will conclude with a grand prize package giveaway and a motivational talk from Dr. Mark Carlson, MeritCare Bemidji's Occupational and Sports Medicine expert.
