Go 100 for Health Update - Week of July 21
Congratulations on completing another week of the Go 100 for Health challenge!
Bemidji had another successful walk this past week with 94 people turning out to walk and they are as dedicated as ever. Lots of babies, children, and even active seniors participating. The Bemidji walkers have logged over 25,000 miles towards their goal of 100,000 miles! The Fargo Fitness Fun Night met in the Healing Garden where Dr. Gilbertson joined them and shared the message that in our Centennial year, the Healing Garden was planted in honor of our patients. He thanked them for their commitment to health and for their participation in the Go 100 events!
