Area women will have a chance to recharge and rejuvenate at the 18th annual A Saturday for Me on March 15 sponsored by Sanford Health. A Saturday for Me is being held this year at the Ramkota Inn Exhibit Hall in Sioux Falls and offers women of all ages the chance to laugh and relax amidst the fast paced world.
A Saturday for Me provides a refreshing opportunity for women to focus on themselves while being surrounded by other women, says Kim Overby, Director of Womens Community Programming at Sanford USD Medical Center. Throughout the day, women are encouraged to take care of themselves so they can be healthier, emotionally, socially and physically. Each year, over 900 women come with friends and family to recharge and relax.
