Children From the Region Featured During June 2nd CMN Television Celebration

On Saturday, June 2, children from the region will be featured in the 23rd annual Children's Miracle Network (CMN) television celebration. Locally, the celebration will take place from 1-10 p.m. at the Little Country Theatre at North Dakota State University and at MeritCare Children's Hospital and will air on KVLY-TV 11 and on MidContinent Cable. All money raised locally will benefit kids being treated at MeritCare Children's Hospital; funds will be used for medical equipment, child and family support programs, education programs and more. The public is invited to view the live broadcast at the Little Country Theatre.

The celebration will show the core of MeritCare Children's Hospital. The recently renovated hospital will be shown, as well as improvements and extras that are offered because of donations made to CMN. Children who have suffered serious health battles, and their families will share stories of how they have benefited from this state-of-the-art facility.
