A Saturday for Me is for women who live busy lives and feel there is not enough me time. Women of all ages and all walks of life are invited to attend. "A Saturday for Me provides women an opportunity to pause and focus on themselves,"
says Kim Overby, Director of Womens Community Programming at Sanford USD Medical Center. "This day promotes women to take care of themselves so they can be healthier emotionally, socially and physically. Each year, women come with friends and family to enjoy this day of rejuvenation."
Nancy Coey, the keynote speaker for this years event, says she is driven to help women tend to their own well-being. She believes that every woman has a moral responsibility to be happy and lead an energized, fulfilling life.
