MeritCare HealthCare Accessories (HCA) will be holding its eighth annual Halloween Costume Contest for physically challenged children on Monday, Oct. 30 from 4-5:30 p.m. The event will be held at HCA's showroom at 3223 32nd Ave. S. Three top prizes will be awarded and all of the children will be presented with a prize simply for entering the contest! There will be party games, local mascots, refreshments and more!
