Take a yoga class

The Sanford Center for Health and Well-being focuses on the mind, body and spirit. We employ certified yoga instructors that will teach you ancient stretching, breathing and relaxation techniques that have been tried and true for thousands of years.

Classes are free and they meet twice a week, Monday and Thursday, 3:30-4 p.m. or 4:00-4:30 p.m.
