One Call - Transfer a Patient
Sanford Health One Call simplifies provider-to-provider communication and makes it easier than ever to transfer a patient to a Sanford Health location. A registered nurse will serve as the point of contact between an emergency medicine provider and the referring provider. The One Call nurse will gather relevant patient information and determine the appropriate specialty. The nurse will also dispatch a flight if needed.
