We recommend that you take this class between your 32nd and 34th week of pregnancy. This class is included as one of the sessions of the Birthing with Confidence: 7 week series.

This 1 hour class is designed for "brothers and sisters to be," ages 3 to 7 years to aid in adjusting to the addition of a new baby in the family. The class includes: characteristics and actions of a newborn, feeding the new baby, doll play, care of a newborn using demonstration and information about the Family Birth Center. One or both parents should accompany the child to class. Classes are subject to availability.
