Idea of Care

I like to look at the person as a whole including mind, body and spirit and not just evaluate a body part. I like to evaluate the patient and then problem solve with the patient being an active member of this, so that all goals are met. I like to educate the patient on how he or she can learn to gain control of their own pain so that they can improve their quality of life. I also like to incorporate other health care professionals as needed to help get at the root of a patient's medical problem.

Personal Interests

Laurie enjoys football, sand volleyball, bible study, scrapbooking, reading and watching her son play high school sports. Go Eagles! She lives in East Grand Forks with her husband, Rob, and son, Ethan as well as their two labs, Tango and Theo.
