Hypnobirthing® helps women and their childbirth companions learn relaxation techniques to help them overcome the feelings of fear, tension and pain associated with childbirth. This one day session meets on a Saturday from 9-4 at the Sanford Women’s Health Plaza, 5019 S. Western Avenue.

This class will assist you and your partner in understanding the breastfeeding process and the benefits to both Mom and baby. We recommend that you take this class between your 32nd and 34th week of pregnancy. This class is included as one of the sessions of the Birthing with Confidence: 7 week series.
