Working Out for Two is an all inclusive, comprehensive exercise program for pregnant women utilizing both land and water exercise.

Each exercise option has it’s own unique benefits by themselves, we believe a well rounded and comprehensive program is better for you and your baby.

It’s a holistic approach to fitness, mind, body, balance and education – all in one.
