Vascular Screen (appointment necessary) The Vascular Screen is a group of non-invasive ultrasound tests designed to evaluate the blood vessels in the neck, legs and abdomen.

- Heart Disease
- High Blood Pressure
- Diabetes
- Over 55 years of age
Vascular Screen Includes
- Carotid Artery Ultrasound Assesses the carotid artery in the neck. Fatty deposits or plaque may prevent blood flow to the brain resulting in stroke.
- Ankle Brachial Index Assesses the circulation of the leg arteries by measuring the blood pressures on both arms and at the level of both ankles.
- Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Assesses aorta for weakness or bulge. Abdominal Aortic Aneurysms are caused by a weakening or damage in the wall of the abdominal aorta.
- Interpretation by a credentialed Vascular Specialist. Results will be sent to home.
