Lung Test (appointment necessary) The Lung Test is designed to evaluate lung function. Abnormal test results may indicate the presence of Lung Disease.
The Lung Test is designed for
- Smokers
- Former Smokers
- People exposed to environmental smoke or irritants
- Anyone with a persistent cough
- Anyone with shortness of breath
Lung Test includes
- Spirometry Measures the amount of air you can blow out and how fast you can blow it a predictor of lung health
- Oximetry Measures the amount of oxygen in the blood
- Written Screen Assesses lifestyle habits that could adversely affect lung health
- Consultation with Certified Respiratory Therapist. Results will be distributed at time of screen.
