Health Screens

Goal
To provide screens to identify individuals at risk for disease.


WalkIn Health Screen
Monthly Lipid Panel, Glucose (Blood Sugar) and Blood Pressure screens available without an appointment.

Athletic Heart Screen
The Athletic Heart Screen is designed to assess the heart health of athletes. The screen is open to middle school, high school and college students age 12-24. The Athletic Heart Screen is not designed for those that are experiencing symptoms, have a known or suspected heart problem or have attended an Athletic Heart Screen in the past. The Athletic Heart Screen is not a substitute for a regular and thorough physical performed on an athlete by their personal physician and/or the team’s medical staff.

Vascular Screen
The Vascular Screen is a group of non-invasive ultrasound tests designed to evaluate the blood vessels in the neck, legs and abdomen.

Stroke Screen
The Stroke Screen is designed to identify risk factors for developing a stroke (brain attack).

Lung Test
The Lung Test is designed to evaluate lung function. Abnormal test results may indicate the presence of Lung Disease.
