Vertigo is the feeling of intense dizziness. Sometimes people with vertigo feel like the room is spinning. Our team of physical and occupational therapists can provide vestibular rehabilitation to enable patients to not feel so dizzy.

Since my stroke I have difficulty swallowing food and I have difficulty remembering things. Can a therapist help me with this?
Speech therapists specialize in working with patients who have difficulty with swallowing and speaking and can provide rehabilitation to patients with difficulties with these tasks after sustaining a stroke. Speech therapists can also work with patients to improve their memory after a stroke.

I fall a lot at home. Is there help for me?
Falls can be frightening and can cause injuries. Our team of therapists can evaluate the patient’s strength, joint range of motion, balance and equilibrium to determine what may be causing the patient to fall.
