Sanford Children’s Gassen Radiology Center in Sioux Falls provides specialized pediatric imaging services for children of all ages. Our onsite pediatric radiology group provides leading care using some of the latest imaging technology – for precise, accurate imaging and diagnostic services. Children find a kid-friendly environment designed to put children and parents at ease. We also have Child Life Specialists and patient family advocates here to assist you and your child through the imaging process. Safety is of primary importance to us – we’re proud to be the first children’s facility in the nation to use innovative CT technology that significantly reduces a child’s radiation exposure curing CT scans.
Susan Duffek, MD, Pediatric Radiology
Dr. Duffek is a pediatric radiologist. She is a specially-trained expert who selects and interprets the appropriate imaging studies necessary for the diagnosis of medical and surgical problems in children of all ages. She consults with referring physicians and specialists to provide precise, accurate imaging results.
