Diagnostic Referral Center
Sanford Children’s Diagnostic Referral Center in Sioux Falls addresses the needs of difficult-to-diagnose or medically complex children by helping to determine which pediatric specialists the child needs to see and coordinating those evaluations. We are a resource for referring physicians and families, and work together with them to communicate and determine the best care for each child’s individual needs.
Joseph Zenel, Jr., MD - Pediatrics
Dr. Zenel is a pediatrician who heads Sanford Children’s Diagnostic Referral Center in Sioux Falls. He also serves as a professor of pediatrics at Sanford Medical School, USD and as Sanford Health’s Assistant Vice President for Education.
