Cystic Fibrosis

Cystic Fibrosis

Sanford Children’s leads the way in research and treatment for children diagnosed with cystic fibrosis. Our specialists relentlessly pursue a cure while providing advanced treatment and therapies for patients and their families — helping them to improve their quality of life. Sioux Falls is one of only 45 centers across the nation to be awarded a Cystic Fibrosis Research Facilitation Award — significantly increasing our patient’s opportunities to participate in national clinical trials and leading therapies.

Children with Cystic Fibrosis will be seen in Fargo at the Coordinated Treatment Center (within the Sanford Broadway Clinic) and in Sioux Falls at Sanford Children’s Specialty Clinic.

Cystic fibrosis is a Genetic Disorder
