Our goal is to save more victims of sudden cardiac arrest by teaching more people how to respond with CPR and effective resuscitation therapies, including automatic external defibrillators.

Better Choices, Better Health®

Better Choices, Better Health® is a free workshop sponsored by Sanford Health that helps people cope with any ongoing health condition – including heart problems. Participants find support and learn useful ways to deal with pain, fatigue and stress as well as better nutrition and exercise choices to manage their health and improve their well-being. To learn to take small steps towards positive changes, people can participate in face-to-face workshops or online.
