Sanford Children’s Bleeding Disorders provides the latest in care for children affected by bleeding and clotting disorders and blood cancers. Children are seen by pediatric hematologists-oncologists who coordinate care with primary physicians and a team of pediatric specialists.

Disorders we treat include hemophilia, clotting disorders, platelet disorders, blood cancers, von Willebrand’s disease, acquired and hereditary blood deficiencies, hemoglobinopathies such as sickle cell anemia, gland thalassemia, langerhans cell histiocytosis, common variable immunodeficiency and hypogammaglobulinemia.
