February is Heart Month and the perfect time to learn how to prepare meals that help protect or improve your heart health.
This seven week series is designed to help you and your partner prepare for the birth of your baby.
Learn to handle child illness and injuries in the first few minutes until professional help arrives. A Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid Course Completion Card will be given to students upon successful completion of the course. Course renewal is every 2 years.

Infants and toddlers are born mathematicians. Learn simple activities you can do to support them as they learn.
The purpose of this course is to prepare participants to take and successfully complete the Medical-Surgical Nurse certification exam. The course can also be used as a refresher for recertification or as a comprehensive review of basic medical-surgical nursing.
During this class you will learn about advance care planning. We encourage you to bring one or more family members to the session. There is no cost to attend but you must register.
This class is for anyone scheduled to have Total Hip or Total Knee Surgery at Sanford Hospital.
