Employee of the Year Announced at Sanford Worthington
WORTHINGTON, Minn. – Sanford Worthington presented the 2016 Employee of the Year award to Naomi Bach, CNP, CWOCN in May during the annual National Health Care Week activities. Bach received this award based on nominations from her co-workers.
The award was presented by Jenny Andersen-Martinez, human resources director.
Bach started her nursing career in 2003 after graduating from St Luke’s College in Sioux City, Iowa. She completed her BSN from Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, Iowa and MSN FNP from Clarke College in Dubuque, Iowa. She completed wound and ostomy training at Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, Ohio. She moved to Worthington in 2014 and works at both Sanford Worthington and Sanford Jackson as a wound and ostomy care nurse practitioner.
“I am humbled to be given this award,” said Bach. “Working alongside a team of people who handle hard situations as a family is a blessing. I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve my patients and the community together with them. ”
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, baking, gardening, and working with the kids at her church.
