Go 100 for Health: Meditation

Congratulations on completing another week of the Go 100 for Health challenge!

Last week Bemidji had another great turnout; after three weeks, their 53 teams (with 489 team participants) have walked 11,817 miles towards their 100 day goal of 100,000 miles. East Grand Forks had 250 people enjoy food, games and music at their kid's fun night and community appreciation. Fargo Fitness Fun Night met at the Island Park Pool for some exhilarating water exercises. And the Walking Club in Christine, ND, continued to keep pace.
