Safety Safari Rescheduled

You can still hear the call of the wild! The Safety Safari at the Red River Valley Zoo was rescheduled due to weather. The new date is Wednesday, June 18 from 3-8 p.m. So hop on over!

It's time for the Safety Safari at the Red River Valley Zoo. Kids and families are invited to take a walk on the wild side Wednesday, June 18, from 3-8 p.m. Admission is free!

The Safety Safari includes safety education activities the whole family can enjoy integrated with zoo animals. What do turtles and bike helmets have in common? Learn about bike helmet safety when you visit the turtle exhibit. Where do camels store their water? Discover the importance of staying hydrated when you visit the camels. You'll also enjoy a safety scavenger hunt, games, food and door prizes all in the safari surroundings at the Zoo, located at 4220 21st Avenue SW, Fargo.

Bike helmets will be available for sale at just $10 each (limited quantity).
