As a neurologist, Dr. Bailly evaluates and treats diseases that affect the brain, spinal cord, nerves and muscles. These conditions include stroke, memory problems, seizures, brain tumors, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, and conditions causing numbness and weakness. He frequently sees patients who have symptoms such as headaches, back pain, dizziness, muscular weakness, poor balance, impaired sensation and lapses of consciousness.
Dr. Bailly is married and the father of three children. He also has three granddaughters. In his spare time he enjoys marathon running, photography, musical composition and performance, camping and community volunteer activities.
