Therapy with clients involves down-to-earth conversations where her willingness to listen carefully and respectfully helps to create a new pathway for them to empower themselves and make changes, which will improve their lives. Working with the whole life context and health picture of the person, and with their physician or other providers to address their concerns, is her philosophy.
It is important to me to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Working closely in psychotherapy with clients and improving the issues in their lives is very satisfying work.
Dr. Anderson is married with three adult children, all of whom work in medical fields. She also has a rescue dog, a white lab named Rudy. In her spare time she enjoys biking, cross-country skiing, boating, reading, quilting, traveling and doing community service work.
