Her residency and first practice experience were in the military, stationed at Tripler Army Medical Center in Hawaii for three years, then at Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas. She then came back to South Dakota. She has participated in several research projects here as both a patient and assistant investigator.

Idea of Care

I prefer to take care of whole families in my practice. I care for the women before, during and after her pregnancy. I also provide care for the newborn and care for other immediate and extended family members. I like getting to know the whole family so that I have a feel for the family dynamics.

Personal Interests

Dr. Broderson enjoys volleyball, gardening, scrapbooking, photography and travel. She is active at Brandon Lutheran Church and in the local Ohana club, which is a Hawaiian group. She has played tuba and piano in Doctors in Recital for the last several years.
