On December 29, 2022, the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2023 was signed, which ends the Medicaid program's continuous coverage requirement as of April 1, 2023.

Savannah was born and raised in Bismarck, ND, and enjoys taking walks, riding bicycle, kayaking and camping. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends.
