Great Strides Community Exercise Program
There are 1,440 minutes in a day - use 30 of them for physical activity! Regular physical activity is the path to health and well-being. Join Great Strides to kick-start you commitment to increase physical activity!
The community wellness program allows participants to accumulate points through any form of exercise (walking, jogging, biking, etc.). Individual, team and family categories are available. Statistics will be updated weekly and reported here.
