These three certified strength & conditioning specialists with a combined 17 years of experience, have trained more than 30 professional athletes in 6 different sports. This qualified staff has teamed up with Sanford POWER to offer the most comprehensive training camp available to 7-12 graders. This camp is designed to enhance overall athleticism and improve performance for all sports. We use a holistic training philosophy of learning body weight movement patterns first, starting from the ground up, to ensure proper technique and reduce the incidence of injury. Following appropriate age and skill level progressions we will help young athletes increase their level of athleticism and reach their goals. This camp will be highly competitive to get into. Spaces are limited to 150 campers.

Guided by volunteer cosmetologists, female cancer patients who participate in this class will learn how to use make-up and skincare techniques to overcome the appearance-related effects of chemotherapy and radiation. “Look Good…Feel Better is as much about improving and maintaining self-image and confidence as it is about appearance,” says Amy Peter, Program Manager with the American Cancer Society. “Patients enjoy the opportunity to spend time in a relaxed, non-medical setting with others in the same situation. And the free make-up and instruction from professionals helps them look and feel better.”
