FM - Internal Medicine - Minnesota - Tracy
Sanford Tracy Medical Center, a proud member of Sanford Health Network, is seeking to add a BC/BE family medicine or internal medicine physician to join our rural health clinic and 25-bed critical access hospital system.

- Tracy Clinic currently employs one full-time family medicine physician
- Additional medical staff includes 2.5 mid-level providers.
- Call responsibilities would include one day/week and one weekend/month.
The clinic underwent a 1.2 million dollar renovation in 2010 – it offers each provider an office and a minimum of two exam rooms. A moderately complex laboratory is available in the hospital as are radiology services. Radiology is digital with the PAC system. CT is also available in the hospital. Additional medical services include a fitness and rehabilitation center on the campus of the hospital as well as excellent home health and mental health services.
