Neilson Place, located in the heart of Bemidji, Minnesota, is a long-term care center serving residents of Beltrami County and the surrounding areas. Nestled among the trees, Neilson Place is a scenic, relaxing and engaging place with many outdoor spaces for residents and their families to enjoy.

With three long-term care neighborhoods and one rehabilitation therapy neighborhood, our nursing home provides residents with quality care to meet their spiritual, social and physical needs.

Neilson Place is located on the campus of Sanford Health Woods Edge retirement community, which also includes WindSong senior living apartments and Trillium memory care assisted living apartments.
