Prep time: 5 minutes
- 2 ice cubes
- 1 c. milk
- 1/3 c. cottage cheese
- 2/3 c. frozen strawberries
- 11/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Pour all of the ingredients into a blender.
- Put the lid on the blender and blend for 45-60 seconds until smooth.
- Pour your smoothie into a glass and enjoy.
Serving size: 1 large glass
