Our Family is Having a Baby!

This 1 hour class is designed for "brothers and sisters to be", ages 3 to 7 years to aid in adjusting to the addition of a new baby in the family. The class includes: characteristics and actions of a newborn, feeding the new baby, doll play, care of a newborn using demonstrations, and information about the Family Birth Center. One or both parents should accompany child to class. Classes are held once a month in the evenings from 6:00 -7:00 p.m. Classes are subject to availability.

If you are interested in attending any of our Community Health Education classes and will require assistive aids or accessible facilities, please contact Sanford at 234-5570 or TDD (701) 234- 6655 to request such aids. Please call in advance so arrangements can be made. All Community Health Education classes are held in handicapped accessible class rooms.
