Camp New Hope
Camp New Hope is a unique opportunity for children ages 6 - 17 who have lost an important person in their life such as a parent, grandparent, sibling or special friend.
This four-day residential camp is at Joy Ranch. Camp New Hope offers a blend of creative group work including music, arts and crafts, along with recreational activities designed to promote opportunities to express feelings and to learn healthy coping techniques. This is done with other children who have experienced similar losses. Specially trained staff, many who have also experienced loss, lead group activities and provide individual attention to campers throughout the time at camp. Children are grouped by ages for activities.
