Ways to pay your bill

Thank you for choosing Sanford Health for your health care needs. We offer several easy and safe options to pay your bill.

Sanford accepts cash, personal checks (or “e-checks” if made online or by phone) and most major debit/credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

If you have questions or need help, please contact our Patient Financial Services department at (877) 629-2999. Our office hours are 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Thursday and 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Friday.

You can pay your bill using the following options:

Sanford offers two online payment options:

Pay Online with My Sanford Chart

Sign in to your secure My Sanford Chart account to view your account summary and pay a bill with a credit/debit card.

Pay Online with Bill Pay

Make a secure online payment with a credit/debit card or e-check - no account or sign in required.

Call (877) 629-2999 to speak with a customer service representative and pay by phone with credit/debit card or e-check. Our office hours are 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. Monday – Thursday and 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Friday.

Complete the information on the form found on the top of your billing statement.

If you are not able to pay the entire balance of your bill at one time, you may request to set up a payment plan by calling our Patient Financial Services department at (877) 629-2999. Our office hours are 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Thursday and 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Friday.
