The road to optimal running performance

op.ti.mal (äp-t -m l): the most desirable, the best.

All athletes strive for optimal performance. The obstacles that prevent athletes from being optimal are their limitations; we all have them. For a runner, limitations to optimal performance can be painfully obvious, or completely unrecognized. Regardless of what your limitations are, they prevent you from being your best; they keep you from being optimal.

Sanford Health now offers comprehensive Running Injury and Performance Services to help all athletes improve and maintain optimal performance. The goal of this program is to identify your unique limitations and help you overcome them.

Our integrated approach capitalizes on the knowledge, expertise and experience of primary care sports medicine physicians, orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, exercise physiologists, strength & conditioning specialists and a certified sports dietician. Combined with state-of-theart facilities and cutting-edge technology that is unparalleled in the region, our program delivers proven results.

Are YOU optimal?
