Sanford USD Medical Center Chief of Staff LuAnn Eidsness, MD, FACP received the 2010 Leonard Tow Humanism in Medicine Award during the Sanford School of Medicine of South Dakota at The University of South Dakota graduation convocation in May.

This award is sponsored by the Arnold P. Gold Foundation and given to a faculty and student who exemplify the ideals of compassion and respect for patients, families and colleagues, as well as demonstrates clinical excellence.
