The American Cancer Society has honored Sanford Clinic surgeon Donald Graham, MD, FACS as one of this year’s 2009 American Cancer Society (ACS) Champions.

The American Cancer Society has honored Sanford Clinic surgeon Donald Graham, MD, FACS as one of this year’s 2009 American Cancer Society (ACS) Champions. Dr. Graham is one of only three people presented this award at the ACS gala event “Lights, Camera, Action,” in March at the Washington Pavilion in downtown Sioux Falls.

As a key member of Sanford’s Comprehensive Breast team, Dr. Graham works closely with all of Sanford’s specialists focused on breast health. Their team approach means women are not alone in their fight against breast cancer, and patients are supported by the strength and expertise of the entire Sanford Comprehensive Breast Team.

Dr. Graham is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and is Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery. He also serves as an Associate Professor at the Sanford School of Medicine of The University of South Dakota.
