Keeping up with the hustle and bustle of life can be exhausting for most women, which is why Sanford Women's provides women a day of rest and relaxation among friends at "A Saturday for Me." The 19th annual "A Saturday for Me" event at the Sioux Falls Convention Center on March 28, 2009 includes keynote speaker, morning snack, an exhibit show and lunch.

"A Saturday for Me provides women an opportunity to share time with friends, laugh and learn," says Kim Overby, Director of Women's Community Programming at Sanford USD Medical Center. "This day provides women information and motivation to take care of themselves physically, emotionally and socially."
Barbara Braunstein is the keynote speaker for this year's event. She will inform and entertain with her practical strategies, useful information, personal stories wit and humor.
