The nearly 100 athletes participating in the event were nominated by their coaches, and approved by a selection committee. The athletes are considered the best - they are kids who were all-conference, all-region and/or all-state. They will be tested on vertical jump, bench press, pro agility, three-cone drill, standing long jump, 300 shuttle, and 10, 20 and 40 yard dashes. The results show athletes the areas in which they excel, and the areas which they can improve. The testing is also a tool to help them be more prepared for the college recruiting process.
