"The Go 100 for Health event is a great way to help educate people about how to make small, simple changes in their lifestyles," said Annie Young, exercise specialist at MeritCare. "Those small changes add up and mean a stronger and healthier community for everybody."

The fitness nights are held every Monday at 7 p.m. at MeritCare Southpointe, 2400 32nd Ave. S., Fargo. Participants will get expert instruction and tips on exercise and nutrition while they take part in community fun walks, stretching, water aerobics, and other group fitness activities.

The online support tool provides participants with a list of healthy choices, a chance to win prizes and to register their own fitness events or walking clubs.
