Holiday Rowing Exercise Challenge

MeritCare Lifelong Fitness invites you to join us in the Concept II Holiday Rowing Challenge.

The holidays bring wonderful traditions, family gatherings and travel. Time will be spent buying, making and exchanging gifts. And, of course, preparing and eating lots of great food. Many people will gain a couple of pounds and keep them until the next holiday season when they will gain a few more.

Break the cycle! Start a new tradition!
Now through Christmas Eve, MeritCare Lifelong Fitness will join exercisers around the world in the Concept II Holiday Rowing Challenge. We hope you'll join us. Set a personal distance goal and compete with yourself.

Concept II prizes include:
  • 100,000 meters: certificate and T-shirt iron on

  • 200,000 meters: certificate, commemorative pin and limited edition Rowing Challenge T-shirt (for purchase).
