MeritCare Childrens Hospital Patient to Participate in Miracle Treat Day

MeritCare Children's Hospital cancer patient, 6-year-old Signe Harris of Moorhead, will participate in Dairy Queen's Miracle Treat Day at Dairy Queen, 2401 45th St. S. in Fargo from 4-5 p.m. Today, Dairy Queens around the region are donating their profits from blizzard sales to MeritCare Children's Hospital and Children's Miracle Network.

MeritCare Children's Hospital cancer patient, 6-year-old Signe Harris of Moorhead, will participate in Dairy Queen's Miracle Treat Day at Dairy Queen, 2401 45th St. S. in Fargo from 4-5 p.m. Today, Dairy Queens around the region are donating their profits from blizzard sales to MeritCare Children's Hospital and Children's Miracle Network.

Signe was diagnosed with leukemia when she was 4 years old. Currently her cancer is in remission.

Signe will tour the Dairy Queen and will get to make the featured treat of the day, a blizzard. She will greet staff and customers and thank them for helping to raise money for her, and kids like her. She will also share her story of her battle with cancer.
