Casual for Kids is a program that allows participating schools and businesses to dress down for a good cause. Participating institutions will receive "Casual for Kids" stickers that can be purchased by employees/students, allowing them to wear jeans or approved casual wear for the day. The price is set by the institution (at no less than $1) and the proceeds benefit CMN, a non-profit organization dedicated to saving and improving the lives of children by raising funds for Sanford Children’s Hospital. Though we are officially celebrating the city-wide Casual for Kids Day on October 12th, this is a community event that can continue all year long with weekly/monthly casual days.
