The Red River Children's Advocacy Center is a community partnership that serves eastern North Dakota, and west-central Minnesota. We are committed to improving the response to child physical and sexual abuse. Services include pediatric forensic interviews; specialized medical exams and treatment; advocacy; mental health support and referrals; coordinating investigations.
MeritCare is the medical partner with the Children's Advocacy Center. Dr. Alonna Norberg is the medical director of the program. Dr. Norberg can be reached at (701) 234-4580.
