A Saturday for Me
is an opportunity to change that. A day of escape for womena chance to enjoy lunch, spend time with friends, and share laughterthe program aims to liberate women from their normal roles and responsibilities and enables them to restore a sense of peace and well-being to their lives. The day focuses on holistic wellness and teaches women the importance of finding humor in the midst of chaossomething that keynote speaker Suzie Humphreys knows a little bit about. She has been fired from her job, been broke and out of money, and has faced disappointment in her life. And she has also experienced all the fears that go along with being a 40-year-old expectant mother. Through it all she has discovered the ability to focus on the humor in life, learning how to view things differently. A Saturday for Me
