- Track and field camps focus on specific power and strength training, acceleration and speed development, running/sprinting mechanics, weightlifting and endurance training. The sprint camp is for those competing in jumps, hurdles and sprints, it is on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays starting Jan. 2 and ending Feb. 23. The endurance camp is for those competing in distances of 800 meters or more, it is on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays starting Jan. 3 and ending Feb. 24. The throw camp is helps strength, power and technical development, it is on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays starting Jan. 2 and ending Feb. 24. Registration deadline for track and field camps is Dec. 16, 2005.
- Baseball speed strength camp focuses on performance evaluation, specific strength training, acceleration and speed development, flexibility training and includes a digital video assessment of throwing and hitting techniques. The pitcher's camp helps athletes improve their throwing mechanics with an emphasis on injury prevention, it is on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays starting Jan. 23 and ending March 17. The player's camp is for positional players who want to improve baseball specific strength and power training, it is on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays starting Jan. 24 and ending March 17. Registration deadline for baseball camps is Jan. 13, 2006.
- Soccer camp focuses on performance evaluation, soccer specific strength training, agility training, flexibility training and weightlifting. The camp is split into two levels: advanced camp (15-18 year olds) is for physically mature athletes and intermediate soccer camp (13-15 year olds) is for younger athletes who want to improve their athletic performance. Both camps are on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays starting Jan. 16 and ending March 10. Registration deadline for soccer camps is Jan. 6, 2006.
