My Trackers
Look to the right side of the iValley page and click on the bottom button, the one labeled My Trackers.
iValley gives you the power to record any aspect of your health life, exactly the way you want, with Trackers. Some are pre-built and ready to use. Others can be custom built by you to match your needs exactly.
We'll start with the pre-built trackers and then move onto custom. |
 |
Blood Pressure Tracker
 |
Tracking your blood pressure over time can help you spot trends.
Enter the date when the reading was taken along with your systolic and diastolic numbers. Click the Submit button at the bottom. |
Averaging vs. Exact Numbers
When you first enter numbers into a Tracker, you may expect to see those exact numbers in the resulting graph.
That's not how iValley Trackers work.
Let us explain why. |
 | You could enter information into iValley Trackers every day. Imagine how messy it would be to view, not to mention interpret, that much data. That's why Tracker values are averaged. To make it easier for you to review your information and spot trends, possibly catching conditions before they become bigger problems.
View Entry Data
 |
Click on the View Entry Data button at the bottom of the tracker to:
Provide the information to your doctor
See the exact numbers yourself.
To print this page type CTRL + P
Now that you've learned how to use the Blood Pressure Tracker, you'll easily be able to move onto any of the other pre-built trackers. |
|
Custom Trackers
Look to the bottom of the Trackers page. Whenever you use a new Tracker, it will be added to your personal list.
Click on the blue magnifying glass to view that Tracker and add more data.
Click on the red X to delete the Tracker.
Now look above your Tracker list. Click on the Create Custom Tracker link to build your own. |
 |
Custom Trackers (Continued)
 |
Scale Trackers provide a subjective measure of your health.
For example, a Scale Tracker can monitor your diet on a scale of 1-10.
Entering "1" would mean you made very unhealthy eating choices today.
Entering "10" would mean your diet was as healthy as it possibly could be.
Create Custom Scale Trackers to meet your specific health or fitness needs. |
Custom Trackers (Continued)
Value Trackers provide an objective measure of your health.
For example, a Value Tracker can log how many minutes you exercise each day.
Record up to five values in one Tracker.
One value could monitor how many minutes you walk or jog.
Another value could list how many miles you travel. |
